We will create an account for your use of the Service based on such information ("Epic Hamster Account") and you will become a user of the Service. We will also use the information obtained from your Entry Point Account to create your Epic Hamster Account and to link your Epic Hamster Account to your Entry Point Account.
You are under no obligation to provide such information. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with the Service.
Please note that sometimes on particular web pages on the Service we will require you to provide additional personal information. When we do this we will specify further on these web pages why we are collecting your information and how we will use it.

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with Epic Hamster. In the case that you wish to cancel your registration as a Service member, once an account is deleted, while people cannot use the personal information, we reserve the right to keep the information on our systems for a reasonable period of time, for administration purposes.
Where you contribute to the Service, we will generally only keep your content for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose(s) for which it was submitted.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We charge 100.00 PLN for information requests and will require you to prove your identity with 2 pieces of approved photographic identification. We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.
This policy is written in English. The translation of this policy is made with the sole aim of facilitating understanding. In case of difference between the English and any translated version, the English text will prevail.
